Woo! I ran a mile tonight. It's time to get back in shape. I should be back up to 3mi in a couple weeks, then 6mi a month or so later.
Ok, why this there something about a phone company in your post? Also, what can't you just walk 10 miles instead. The jaring motion is a bit funky, and I don't think it's that good for you.
I make most of my blog entries via my phone. If I don't include a picture, the stupid phone company appends that crap at the bottom of my message. But I just logged in and edited that out. =)
Walking takes far too long and isn't strenuous enough to get my heart-rate up, so it's not particularly efficient exercize. I'd rather spend less than ten minutes running a mile than two hours walking.
I personally am a fan of bicycling. Gets the heart going and is a smoother ride. That, and I like going faster anyways :P
The main thing is Red, you've gotta look at what you're doing, strenuous activity. But the jarring is equivilent to the constant jarring you get as you drive. And yes, biking rocks.
