Well it's been over three weeks now since I heard from the dating service. Either they are a scam with vastly more male participants than female, or I'm simply not compatible with anyone in their list. That's not suprising though. Anyone good enough to meet my criteria would probably never have a need to enlist with a dating service.
I did finally get in touch with Date #1, and she made it clear that she's not really interested in anything with me. We might hang out as friends at some point when she has free time, but that's it. Oh well.
